Alessandra Gerut

Alessandra Gerut is a big-hearted and spunky 2028 prospect who excels at all outfield positions. At 14 years old, Alessandra led her softball team at Oak Park River Forest High School in nearly all offensive categories: During the season's 96 plate appearances she reached .456 AVG, .552 OBP, 1.400 OPS, 36 Hits, 4 2B, 6 3B, and 5 HR.

Alessandra's speed is exceptional and was the winner of the USSSA Illinois All-Star 2024 Home-Home Skills Competition. Unfortunately (we now know) she had the start of pneumonia at the recent TagUp metrics event and she is looking forward to a better experience at future showcases!

Alessandra is a true student athlete (see transcript) with 4.2 GPA and recipient of the Fritzemeier Award, which is the highest academic award for Freshman (850 students in 2028 Class) as nominated by the teachers of the school's English/Mathematics/History/Science/World Languages Divisions. Her dedication and talent have earned her recognition on the Extra Innings Softball Class of 2029 National Honor Roll of Elite Scholars boasting 4.0+ GPA.
